Webshop Software

Bpost, PostNL

When you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to ensure that your package is delivered accurately and on time. To do this, we use the services of Bpost and PostNL. To complete the delivery, we must share your name, address, and city of residence with these delivery services. Bpost and PostNL use this information only to fulfill the delivery agreement. If they engage subcontractors, your data may also be shared with these parties to enable delivery.

DHL

For some deliveries, we use DHL. In that case, we also share your name, address, and city of residence with DHL, only for the purpose of executing the delivery. If DHL engages third parties, your data may also be shared with them.

GLS

We also use GLS to deliver certain orders. Your name, address, and city are shared with GLS to fulfill the delivery contract. If GLS engages subcontractors, your data may also be shared with these third parties.

Invoicing and Accounting

We use SnelStart for our administration and accounting. We share your name, address, residence, and order details with SnelStart for the purpose of creating and storing invoices. Your personal data is transmitted and stored securely. SnelStart is bound by a confidentiality agreement and uses your data only for administrative purposes.
