Shipping and Returns

Orders placed on business days are processed and shipped according to the information below. Here you will also find an overview of the costs per shipping method. The actual costs will be calculated during checkout.

Standard Shipping 15:30 – from €1.95

Our orders are standardly delivered by the most suitable carrier. If you order on business days before 17:30 and the product is in stock, it will be delivered the next working day. If the delivery time differs, this will be indicated with the product. Below is a schedule of delivery days. Are you paying by bank transfer? Then delivery may take 1 extra working day.

Bpost / PostNL – from €3.95

Our orders can also be delivered by Bpost/PostNL. If you order on business days before 15:00 and the product is in stock, your order will be delivered the next day. If the delivery time differs, this will be indicated with the product. Below is a schedule of delivery days. Are you paying by bank transfer? Then delivery may take 1 extra working day.

Bpost/PostNL Letterbox Mail – from €1.95

Ordering small items that fit through the mailbox? Then you can choose letterbox mail. This saves on shipping costs, allowing us to offer even sharper prices. For this method, if you order on business days before 17:00, you receive it the next day! Are you paying by bank transfer? Then delivery takes 1 extra day.

Delivery to Belgium via letterbox mail takes 1–2 working days.
Note: During the COVID-19 pandemic, this option is not available for Belgium due to low delivery reliability.

Bpost/PostNL Letterbox Parcel – from €3.95

Ordering small items that fit through the mailbox and want Track & Trace? Then choose the letterbox parcel. It’s delivered by the parcel carrier directly into your mailbox. If ordered on weekdays before 15:00, you’ll receive it the next day with Track & Trace! Are you paying by bank transfer? Delivery takes 1 extra working day.

Note: This delivery method is not available for Belgium.

If you are not home, the courier will attempt delivery to a neighbor or try again the next working day.

Want delivery only to your address (not to neighbors)? You can specify this during checkout.

Shipping to Belgium

Many of our products are shipped to Belgium, except for items under the Bebat regulation (loose batteries or products containing batteries). A shipping surcharge applies and will be visible during checkout. For delivery time, you can refer to the tables above. If there is an exception, it will be indicated with the schedule.

Shipping Within Europe

Many of our products are also shipped to the following countries:

• Belgium (Belgique)
• Spain (España)
• Germany (Deutschland)
• France (France)
• United Kingdom (United Kingdom)

Any extra shipping costs will be shown during checkout. If no carrier is available at the time of delivery, shipping may unfortunately not be possible.

We always package our products with great care to minimize the risk of damage during transport.

Returns

Are you not satisfied with your product? You can return it free of charge within 30 days, preferably in the original packaging. Simply register the return via your account or contact our customer service.

Other Shipping Methods:

DPD

For some of our items, you can choose shipping via DPD. Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 are delivered the next day! Are you paying by bank transfer? Delivery takes 1 extra working day.

Standard XL Delivery – Free

Large items are delivered for free by our specialist delivery partner. If this shipping method is used, it will be shown at checkout. Delivery takes place within 1–2 business days.

Homerr – From €0.95

Don’t mind waiting longer? Homerr delivers your parcel to a nearby pick-up point using carrier overcapacity – reducing CO₂ emissions by up to 79%! Delivery takes 3–5 working days. The final delivery schedule is shown below:

Returns

Our Policy:

30-day return window + Free returns

Not satisfied with your item? Please notify us as soon as possible, no later than 30 days. This can be done easily via your GlobTech Antwerpen account or by email. If you wish to cancel your purchase within the return period, ensure the product is in new condition and in the original packaging. After registering your return, you will receive instructions.

Legal Policy:

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return shipping cost from your home to our store is at your own expense. This is approximately €7.25 per package; check with your carrier for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product – with all accessories and if reasonably possible in original condition and packaging – must be returned to the entrepreneur. We will refund the order amount within 14 days of your return notification, provided the product has been received in good condition.
